Service Description

This class includes 40 minutes of gentle yoga stretching followed by 20 minutes of sound healing using crystal sound bowls. Receive a sound bath to 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮. Yoga combined with sound healing invites you to 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚜, 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝘈𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘥.

Cancellation Policy

For Yoga Classes- must cancel 4 hours in advance of class to receive refund or credit Events & Energy Healing Sessions- must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Please contact us. Retreats- all sales are final- unless extenuating circumstance occur- please contact us right away decision will be made on a case by case basis.
