Service Description

Relax your mind and body, after a yoga class or on its own. Sleep yoga or "Yoga Nidra" is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. It's an enchanting and relaxing experience that is done completely lying on your back or any comfortable resting position. Bring your mat, pillow, and blankets to be as cozy as possible and let us carry you away in a relaxing and grounding experience.
